Your look is our top priority. If your jewelry isn’t exactly what you envisioned, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, and send the item back within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Return requested within 2 days of delivery
  • Item shipped back within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, or if the return request is made outside the stated timeframe.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
